Position: Village Manager
Location: Greenwich Millennium Village, London, SE10 0BZ
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700
Salary: Competitive (depending on experience)

Development Details:
This role will be based at a beautiful estate situated on the Greenwich Peninsula, alongside the Thames. The development is made up of 1095 residential homes and is located within walking distance of North Greenwich station.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
As a Village Manager at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- You'll be an experienced residential estate manager who has a demonstrated track record in managing large and complex estates with at least 1000 units.
- You will have experience inspiring, motivating and developing a large onsite team. You are a charismatic team leader and well versed in a number of employment related matter.
- You have a proven track record in managing a vast range of major works and CAPEX projects, organised, knowledgeable with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- You'll be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive and most importantly a safe environment for residents, guests, and your team.
- You'll have a good understanding of M & E Equipment and working knowledge of facilities management.
- You're always looking for opportunities to drive the performance of the development and contribute to amazing results.
- Your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.
- You'll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely and managing a team environment. You'll lead, engage and inspire others.
- You have experience conducting site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems.
- You'll have achieved IRPM associate/membership (or willing and able to obtain within first year of employment)
