About The Role
The Workdry Group has seen enormous growth over recent years, with plans to grow further in 2024 and beyond. Due to this we re pleased to be adding an additional Talent Advisor into our friendly recruitment team, to help support the daily recruitment activity for the business, as well as work on improvement projects.
This is an exciting time to join us as we look towards long term sustainability and ultimately ensure we have the very best talent joining the business across our branches throughout the UK.
This role would be perfect for an HR professional looking to specialise in recruitment, or if you re looking to move into a new role in 2024, this would be an ideal opportunity to develop further into the world of HR and Recruitment.

As Talent Advisor, you ll get to:
- Manage the full recruitment process with the focus on delivering an excellent candidate journey.
- Work directly with Hiring Managers in the business to truly understand their needs and unique role requirements.
- Create comprehensive job descriptions and adverts, which reflect our business and standards we work to.
- Be at the forefront of Hiring Manager development, by delivering 1to1 coaching and classroom training sessions.
- Champion Competency-Based interview techniques, helping to embed this approach across the business and ensuring high quality interviews take place in our search for top talent.
- Network to attract potential candidates on various platforms, ensuring we are in a competitive position to attract talented individuals.
- Support the development and use of our ATS system, making changes to streamline the process for recruitment, Hiring Managers, and candidates.
