A fantastic opportunity to join a leading UK retailer with global reach, as a Supply Chain Process Improvement Manager.Taking responsibility for the development and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across the end-to-end supply chain, from sourcing to multichannel delivery operations to improve the efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness of the supply chain.Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for leading the analysis of current end to end supply chain processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Responsible for developing and implementing process improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure process improvements are aligned with company goals
- Accountable for the financial control of improvement projects, together with monitoring and reporting on the progress and impact of initiatives.
- Utilising up-to-date industry knowledge and best practices to continuously improve supply chain processes.
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in multichannel Retail supply chain operations
- Demonstrated knowledge of end to end Supply Chain processes
- A track record of initiating and delivering supply chain and logistics improvement projects.
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics processes and best practices.
- Experience in working with cross-functional to implement improvement initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use them to lead teams and drive decision-making.
- Experience in project management and financial control
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
