Randstad are recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor / General Foreman experienced in Masonry Works and Structural / Bridge remediation projects for work on a major rail framework in the Wessex region.
The role is an immediate requirement.
Travel across sites within the region will be required.
Key Duties:
- Lead and motivate a team of skilled workers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute energy projects within the defined timelines and budget constraints
- Managing paperwork
- Tool box talks, inductions, briefings
- Permits
Qualification Requirements:
- PTS
- SMSTS
- CSCS (Gold/Black)
- Experienced working in a live rail / highways environment
