Are you currently working as a Site Manager within the Fit Out Sector and seeking a new exciting challenge?
An opportunity has arisen with a regional Shopfitting company for a Site Manager/Working Foreman. The team are looking for a Site Manager/Working Foreman to assist the group and manage full internal packages, working on office fit out's and refurbishments as well as new Shop-fits within the commercial & office, restaurant and retail industries.
The projects are on a national basis, therefore travel will be an essential aspect to this role.
As a Site Manager, you will work closely with the Contracts Manager responsible for the following;
- Day to day management of site operatives & materials to deliver the quality required by our clients.
- Attending meetings and providing quotations.
- Compliance with Health & Safety legislation
- Managing Trades
- Quality management
The ideal candidate will be SMSTS and CSCS qualified with a background of working within the fit out sector.
The salary range on offer is between £40,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience) plus other company wide benefits.
