An opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager with an repairs and maintenance background - focusing on sustainability projects within social housing - to join a social housing contractor based on a new project across Lincolnshire/Leicestershire.

Description
- Manage daily site operations within the repairs/maintenance department
- Oversee safety and compliance with industry standards
- Coordinate with various stakeholders
- Ensure the completion of construction projects within set timelines
- Lead team meetings and maintain open communication channels
- Implement strategies to increase efficiency and productivity
- Provide regular project updates to senior management
- Handle any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and professionally
Profile
A successful Site Manager / Supervisor should have:
- Relevant experience in the social housing sector (if there is a focus on M&E this would be an advantage)
- Experience working in repairs/maintenance, planned/reactive maintenance is desirable
- Proficiency in managing construction projects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations
This role could also suit someone at supervisor level looking to take a step up into a managerial level role.
