Site Manager - Residential Internals

Main Contractor, Manchester City Centre

A Main Contractor requires a Freelance Temporary Site Manager to oversee internals, finishing and snagging for a high density residential new build apartment scheme.

Reporting into the Senior Project Manager, you will support the wider construction team on managing subcontractors on internals and finishing sequencing and programme to ensure each unit is being delivered to spec and highest quality in readiness for handover.

As a Site Manager, you would have experience of internals and fit out management of residential new build apartment schemes. Well versed utilising Viewpoint software.
