Responsibilities:
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet project objectives.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, resolving any technical issues that may arise.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and communication across all project phases.
Implement and enforce site safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of external facade systems, materials, and installation techniques.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations and best practices.
Proficient in using project management software and tools.
