Site Manager Required for 4/5 Months on North Coast

Hays NI are currently representing an established NI-based Building & Engineering contractor who are seeking to add an experienced Site Manager to their team. This firm is one of Northern Ireland's leading medium sized Civils and Building Contractors who specialise in delivering schemes across the province to both Private & Public Sector Clients.
This company and have established themselves as an award-winning employer who boast a growing order book for the duration of 2024 and beyond and have an excellent record delivering projects across a range of sectors, including Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Leisure & Tourism, Community, Industrial and Utilities.
Your new role
This company are currently seeking the services of an experienced Site Manager to join them on an upcoming commercial scheme based on the North Coast initially for 4/5 months. You will be the no. 1 on Site taking the project through to completion. You will be required to work to demanding schedules whilst maintaining a focus on quality, health & safety. You will be responsible for ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently on the ground, whilst supervising subcontractors and liaising with the client. You must have previous experience working on fast-paced commercial schemes. This is initially a temporary role with potential for further works.
What you'll need to succeed
A successful Site Manager will be able to effectively meet targets within time and budget whilst managing the performance of subcontractors and direct labour. An established background in overseeing build and fit out packages is essential in order to drive the project forward and deliver to schedule. You will place a particular focus on health and safety whilst ensuring high levels of productivity.
