Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction sites, ensuring all work is carried out safely and in compliance with building regulations and health & safety standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify any issues or delays, and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to provide updates and address any concerns.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, preferably with a focus on shop fitting, refurbishments, or restorations.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid CSCS card and relevant construction qualifications.
