Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Site Manager to join our clients dynamic team, overseeing multiple projects across various locations nationwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years experience as a Site Manager, preferably in retail construction or fit-out projects.
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are essential.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and work nationwide on a long-term basis.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with ASDA projects and processes is highly desirable.
