First Task Professional are delighted to be working on this exciting opportunity to recruit for a Freelance Site Manager to work with one of our valued clients on the refurbishment and extension of a listed building in Central Edinburgh.
The project is valued
Commencing on 10th of June and running for 8 months.
Working hours are expected to be 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday.
The desired candidate will hold SMSTS & 3 Day First Aid at Work certifications and have previous demonstrable experience working on refurbishment projects ideally with structural alternation elements. Must be comfortable working on a logistically challenging site and any experience working on listed properties would be highly beneficial.
Can be worked Ltd Co, CIS or PAYE.
