We are working with a company who are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Manager to join their team in Manchester. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of high-rise buildings, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate construction teams to ensure successful project delivery
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Manage and control project budgets and schedules
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success
Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality workmanship
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project design meets client requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on high-rise buildings
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Valid SMSTS qualification and CSCS Card

Salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience
