Site Manager Your new companyA huge tier 1 construction contractor currently working on a major project on the outskirts of York are looking for an experienced Site Manager to see the site through to completion.Your new roleYour new role as a Site Manager on this project will be to manage the project budget and ensure it runs to programme.
- Managing costs
- Toolbox talks
- Coordinating a team of trades/managing subcontractors
- Liaising with stakeholders
What you'll need to succeedYou will need a solid background as a Site Manager and running similar projects. You will have good man management skills, be approachable and adaptable and be able to find solutions quickly and effectively. You will have a valid-in-date SMSTS, CSCS and first aid certificate.You must hold a valid passport or Full Birth Certificate & Photo Driving Licence in your current address.You must have proof of National Insurance AND proof of address dated in the past 3 months.All applicants must be able to provide details of at least 3 years satisfactory references.
