A reputable building company based in Beverley are looking for an experienced Site Manager to see the project from the initial site set up through to completion.
Your new role
Your new role as a Site Manager on this project will be to manage the project budget and ensure it runs to programme.
You will be managing subcontractors and liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need a solid background as a Site Manager and running similar projects. You will have good man management skills, be approachable and adaptable and be able to find solutions quickly and effectively. You will have a valid-in-date SMSTS, CSCS and first aid certificate. You must have a background in national house building.
