We are an education recruitment company who are working with a newly opened school which is part of an academy trust. The Site Manager will ensure that a safe working environment is provided for the staff and that the students have a learning environment to be proud of.
The main responsibilities:
The operation, management and maintenance and security of the school site and building.
Health & Safety compliance across the school.
Managing the defects process associated with the new build project.
Managing site related contracts including cleaning and grounds maintenance.
Managing school based capital projects.
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have:
Excellent communications skills and the ability to communicate professionally.
Experience of working in a similar role and in a facilities or site role.
Knowledge of Health & Safety.
