Due to an increase in developments in the Wirral region area they are looking to increase their management teams with a number of Site Manager's. They have several project due to start around Wirral, including Wallasey, Bebington and Heswall. The Site Manager they are looking for will have proven experience delivering new build housing projects from inception through to completion and hand over. As site manager you will be aware of planning procedures and following tight site time schedules. You will be responsible for organising labour and ensuring all sub-contractors are following plans to programme and meeting deadlines as required. Health and safety is paramount on site and it will be the site manager who will be taking tool box talks and site inductions. You will ensure all site labour is adhering to strict health and safety guidelines on site. The successful site manager will have delivered either Spec or social new build homes, successfully accordance with NHBC Standards. Their houses are build using traditional build and MMC construction. So, anyone with experience in this would also be advantageous. The builds are all about 0 carbon, this is a strong ethos and values of the company. You will have the highest quality standards and experience in delivering new build housing projects for large housing contractors or house builders.
