The Role:
My client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Site Foreman/Supervisor to join their construction team in Skelmersdale. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on site.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Manage and lead a team of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project management.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and implement plans.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Foreman/Supervisor in the construction industry.
- Valid CSCS, SMSTS, and relevant tickets for IPAF, Forklift, and Telehandler.
- CV detailing comprehensive experience and a track record on large construction sites.
- IT literate with proficiency in relevant software.
- SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) and First Aid certification as per standard site supervision requirements.
