A well-established civil engineering & Concrete Structures contractor, who have been operating in the industry for over 30 years. Due to recent contract wins they are looking to expand the team with new talent.

The Project

As an experienced Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the shuttering joinery gangs.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following qualifications or experience as a minimum;

• SSSTS
• CSCS Gold Card (Desirable)
• Experienced in shuttering joinery
• Be able to write and keep daily diary/record sheets
• Be able to supervise a team Confident in taking information from drawings

The Role

• Reporting to: Project Manager

Duties

• Monitor and produce good quality of work
• Supervising the shuttering joinery gangs
• Assisting the site manager with the day-to-day running of the site
• Overseeing the shuttering joinery on site
• Ensuring that safety plans and method statements are adhered to onsite by all operatives and sub-contractors
• Checking that materials, plant, equipment and labour are on site to meet with contract and programme requirements
• Ensure there is a safe system of work in the place for all site activities and that safety equipment is provided at the correct time
