Since their inception, the company has grown from a 1-man mobile workshop to a well-established family business specialising in the sales of vehicles and parts, service, repair and preparation of all Land Rover and 4 4 vehicles.

The company s ethos is that everyone should be able to maintain their vehicle to dealership standards, whilst receiving the warm welcome and exceptional customer service of a multi-generation family-run business.

You ll not only support the growth and success of your department ensuring value is added with every customer interaction; but you ll also be the face of aftersales customer experience, always promoting the highest standards within the retail motor industry.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Current experience working as a Service Advisor or experience working in a similar role
  • Previous experience in a target driven role
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Commitment to delivering customer excellence
  • Excellent communication skills and warm telephone manner
  • Ability to multi-task within a busy environment
  • A good standard of verbal and numerical reasoning
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Computer literate

What will your role look like?

  • To provide an outstanding level of customer care ensuring the highest standards of satisfaction at all times
  • To ensure that all parts and other stock required to carry out scheduled work are ordered on time
  • Effectively managing bespoke vehicle projects
  • Seek authority from clients for further work to be carried out
  • To keep clients fully informed of progress on their vehicle promptly through calls and texts
  • To organise bookings of loan cars
  • To invoice completed works accurately and on time
  • To obtain and process payments according to the company policy
  • To maintain accurate customer records on our Dealer Management System
  • To convert inbound/outbound calls into bookings in line with policies and processes
  • To oversee the receiving of clients and their vehicles at drop-off
  • To conduct vehicle handover in a professional and timely manner
