Senior Site Manager - Facade - Residential New Build

A key client of Henry Martin Group are seeking a strong SSM to oversee the facade package on a huge residential development. This contractor are a gold award winner for "Investors in employees". They are have over 10 live sites within London currently valued over 40Mil.

Requirements:

• Proven track record delivering facade packages from start to finish
• Proven experience working with brickwork and masonry facades
• Bricklaying/stonemason background is highly desired
• Atleast 2 years experience as a SSM working for a major residential main contractor

Roles and resposibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the design and construction of the building facade, ensuring that it meets aesthetic and functionality requirements
• Work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that the facade is constructed correctly and on time
• Develop and implement maintenance and cleaning schedules for the facade to ensure its longevity and appearance
• Conduct regular inspections of the facade to identify any potential issues or improvements needed
• Manage and oversee facade repair and restoration projects as needed
• Collaborate with building owners and stakeholders to address any concerns or questions related to the facade
• Stay up to date on industry trends, materials, and technologies related to building facades
• Ensure that the facade meets all safety and regulatory standards
