A loyal client to Sphere Solutions are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor, to join their team across an existing development in Gloucester.
At present, my client are happy to consider both freelance and fixed term contract options.
Whilst working in this role you will be part of my clients site based Commercial team, reporting into a roaming Commercial Manager. The project in question is a 2 Storey, 12M, Mixed Use development for a well known Educational establishment. It will include Communal Space for students, Cafe, Costa Coffee, Communal Kitchen, and a Student Services area.
The ideal candidate for the role would have a good Main Contractor background.
Relevant Degree level qualifications would also be desired.
