Senior Property Manager (Operations) - c£45-60k + Benefits
We're working with an independent, national property services group who manage in excess of 20,000 units UK wide.
With a traditional, customer service approach deployed through its team of over 200 staff across specialist, structured divisions, they now seek a Senior Property Manager to act in a newly created Operations Manager role as follows:
- Working part home, part office and part site based, reporting in to a Midlands office 3 days per week
- Sitting in a position between Senior PM and Associate Director, having responsibility for KPI delivery and compliance across property management, finance, client and resident services
- Oversight of compliance across professional accreditations/memberships as well as legal and regulatory framework
- Acting as a point of escalation for complaints or queries, investigating as appropriate before feeding back through the necessary channels
- Ensuring Major Works projects (S20) run to time, budget and in accordance with regulatory framework
- Oversight of (and liaison with) contractors
- Direct Client contact, ensuring satisfaction across all services provided.
The suitable Senior Property Manager will come from a stable career background, hold (or be willing to work towards) professional qualification, have extensive leasehold, client and staff management experience and wish to put that skillset to use in a non-portfolio management capacity.
Remuneration for the successful Senior Property Manager will include a basic salary up to £60k, car allowance (£4200), pension, perk box, nursery benefit, long service awards and 6 weeks holiday (plus public) to start.
