Senior IT Technician London Hybrid (Travel may be required) Full Time £65,000 per annum plus fantastic benefitsOur client is currently recruiting for an Senior IT Technician to join their team. This is a hybrid position based in London, with an occasional requirement to travel to other sites across the country. The main purpose of this role is to configure, and secure M365 and Azure Cloud, providing 3rd-line support. Also, to ensure data management, backup, and disaster recovery capabilities.Senior IT Technician Key Responsibilities: Manage and configure the M365 environment across the Confidential Group. Lead the deployment of new Power Automate workflows and services. Lead Power Automate deployment and ensure IT infrastructure runs smoothly. Provide support and advice to 1st-line support technicians and users. Ensure the smooth running of group IT infrastructure. Liaise with departmental Line Managers on new projects. Provide mentoring and training to helpdesk support staff.The Candidate: Significant experience in developing and configuring Microsoft Teams/SharePoint. Experience with virtual & cloud platforms (O365, Azure & VMware). Experience in daily IT infrastructure operations & maintenance.
