Senior Facilities Manager

Our client is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager with strong operations management experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of the estate. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in facilities / building management, project management and team leadership.


Key responsibilities

  • Hard and soft service operations management
  • Oversea all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for optimal facilities and estate management
  • Supervise day-to-day operations to guarantee smooth functioning
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Develop and manage service charge budgets
  • Select, manage and negotiate relationships with external vendors
  • Monitor performance metrics to maintain high standards
  • Ensure the highest levels of compliance
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients


Qualification and Requirements

  • Strong mechanical and electrical (M&E) background with BMS knowledge
  • Previous experience in Total Facilities Management (TFM)
  • Desirable experience in development and construction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Salary
  • £55k - £62k plus Depending on experience
