Applicants need to have minimum 5 years experience working as a Design Manager on commercial, education, residential & retail projects above £20m in value.
Experience working on PCSA's is also essential - suitable applicants will interview/start asap.

Requirements/Responsibilities
- Minimum 5 years Design Manager experience
- Manage the subcontractor design
- Good commercial/programme awareness
- Managing BREEAM/Planning conditions
- Previously worked on projects at PCSA stage
- Background delivering commercial/residential/education projects starting at £20m in value
- Proven background working with Tier 1/2 contractors in a Design Manager role
- Identify and solve issues related to Design plans and liase with site teams
- Give daily reports on progress/works
- Able to interview/start asap
