This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to manage projects in the residential, mixed-use, and commercial sectors, with a particular focus on major refurbishments, remodelling, and high-rise building construction for Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and Contractors.
The Senior Construction Project Manager Role
In this role, the Senior Construction Project Manager will oversee high-rise schemes that present a range of challenges, requiring expert attention to tenant consultation, security, and minimizing impact on occupants during renovations. The successful candidate will leverage meticulous attention to design detail and outstanding project management skills to minimize disruption, adhere to tight deadlines and budgets, and meet or exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage major refurbishment and high-rise building projects.
- Focus on tenant consultation, security, and minimizing impact during renovations.
- Ensure projects are delivered within tight deadlines and budgets.

The Senior Construction Project Manager
- Must have 5+ years of consultancy-based experience in construction project management.
- Ideally MRICS qualified or working towards such qualification.
- Experience in residential, mixed-use, and commercial sectors.
- Proven ability to manage high-rise building projects, including major refurbishments and remodelling.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Adept at working within challenging environments and meeting strict deadlines.
