Working on a portfolio across the South East you will play a significant role in advising and assisting clients. Your new role
Reporting into one of the partners, as the Senior Asset and Property Management Surveyor you will be responsible for delivering a mixture of asset and property management duties including landlord and tenant matters. 90% of the portfolio is commercial and you will also be involved with some mixed use premises consisting of long leasehold flats above commercial units. As the Senior Surveyor, you will take on senior level responsibilities including managing a Graduate and Facilities Manager within the team. Training and coaching will be provided if you choose to become an APC mentor/councillor as part of your own progression. You will also support the partner with strategic projects which may include developing systems and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you should be an MRICS Surveyor and be competent in commercial asset and property management. A driving licence and vehicle is required for the role and you will need to live within commutable distance of East London.
