Your new company
Our client is a market leader in their field. You will be based in their Leicestershire office and be an integral part of their Administration team. Currently, a team of 4. You will report to the office manager and deal with a wide range of admin tasks on a daily basis.
Your new role
As a Senior Administrator, you will deal with all enquiries both face to face and over the telephone.
Duties will include:
Update databases
Track workflows
Deal with internal and external stakeholders
Update paperwork
Deliver exceptional customer service skills
Scheduling
Escalate issues
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced administrator with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Well presented
High level personable skills
Strong professional focus on quality deliveryAble to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentStrong IT skills: Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook
What you'll get in return
This is a full-time office-based role.
Mon-Fri 40 hours a week
Occasional Saturday on a rota basis

Pension 5% raising to 7.5% after 3 years
