An exciting Site Manager opportunity to join a newly opened school ensuring a safe working environment for staff and students.
The role will be responsible for:
The operation, management, maintenance and security of the school site and building
Health & Safety compliance across the school
Managing the defects process with a new build property along with managin site related contracts including cleaning and grounds maintenance
Managing school based site/building projects
This role requires excellent communication skills, experience of working within a similar role or a background suited to the position as well as knowledge/experience of implementing site/building related health & safety requirements. A willingness to work flexibly to support the operational needs of the school.
Working hours are 37 hours per week, all year round with 29 days annual leave and a flexible working pattern (late or early starts).
