Sales, Supply and Project Coordinator, permanent career opportunity working for a global manufacturer based in Wiltshire. This is a full-time, office-based position responsible for supporting the Sales Manager, working in collaboration with Quality and Engineering teams. Offered with a salary of £37,000 plus some exceptional employee benefits, we are seeking a candidate who can demonstrate previous working experience gained within supply chain, key account management and quality.

Your key objectives will include building excellent business relationships with global key customer accounts, managing the initial sales order through to costing, supply and delivery of goods and services. Responsible for providing a professional after-sales service, ensuring that all provisions are managed in line with ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality standards.

As the Sales, Supply and Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for controlling high-value sales projects, having the technical ability to respond to requests for product quotes and prices, processing customer orders, working alongside group finance and materials supply, and maintaining all sales and project documentation. Your experience will evidence a good understanding of commercial contracts, tenders, and pricing schedules. If you have worked within global manufacturing roles, this would be a great advantage.

Ideally educated to HND/HNC or Degree Level in Business or Technical subjects, but not essential, able to demonstrate commercial aptitude, excellent verbal, and written communication skills and advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint).
