Exciting new Revenue Manager position.Price Management:Maximise revenue by making daily price changes to maximise revenue using PRISM - the Sykes Revenue Management system. Each Revenue Manager is responsible for the performance of regions and divisions and also maintain a SWOT analysis for each. They must also be able to clearly understand and feedback on the challenges facing their regions and make recommendations to improve its performance.Owner of specific departures weeks where they will be accountable for delivering the budgeted revenue. They must have a multi-dimensional view of the performance and potential challenges of the departure weeks to drive the strategy within the team and across the business.Forecast sales and revenue targets of regions, brands and divisions using SPHERE - the Sykes Forecast ToolManagement of Short Break pricing strategyAttending and contributing to the weekly Revenue Management Focus meeting to review performance and agree strategy for departure weeks and regionsAttending team meetings and representing the team in relevant meetings across the businessData analysis and report building:Analyse data and use it to make pricing strategies, which will directly affect EBITDAUpdate and maintain daily, weekly and monthly revenue management reportsSupport process and procedure delivery in revenue managementParticipation in weekly team meetings providing insight into findings either regional or seasonal basedIdentify and maximise all possible opportunities and minimise any risksIntegration of relevant acquisitions into daily processesRelationship building and team partnerPartnering a team within the business to maximise relationship opportunitiesEngage and influence other areas of the business to drive revenueProjectsSupport the delivery of Revenue Management projectsDriving innovation through new initiatives Any other duties as are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your line manager.You may be required to work outside of normal office hours due to divisions that are in other time zones, this is not in addition to contracted hours.Colleagues in the department may have access to material which is confidential or commercially sensitive in some way. It is a condition of their contract of employment that they use great discretion at all times and ensure that no confidential material is leaked from the department to unauthorized members of staff, customers or owners.
