Responsibilities for this Property Manager role will include:
The Property Management team offers professional advice and assistance to thousands of tenants and landlords who have requested a premium service, to ensure that each tenancy runs smoothly from start to finish. Each of their dedicated Property Managers provides a single point of contact for both landlords and tenants and offers advice on all aspects of the tenancy life cycle, including financial, rental and legal matters as well as organising any necessary maintenance projects.

- Overseeing a portfolio of residential properties
- Managing tenant relationships and resolving queries efficiently
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Conducting property inspections and preparing reports
- Rent collection and arrears management
- Handling tenancy renewals and terminations
- Ensuring compliance with landlord and tenant legislation
- Providing excellent customer service
- Proven experience in property management
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in property management software
- ARLA qualified (preferred)

- Basic Salary £28,000 - £34,000 plus commission
