Property Manager - £30k-£35k salary - OTE £45k

Manchester Staff is working with an established company looking to add a Property/Lettings manager. Our client prides themselves on their professionalism and their extensive portfolio of properties across major cities in the UK. The right candidate will be looking for a new challenge and ready to take the next step in their career.
The successful candidate will have had experience previously managing at-least 150 properties at one time. The ideal candidate will understand what is required of them in a property manager role and will be able to self-start. The Property/Lettings Manager will be a self-motivated self-starter who is looking for an autonomous position to show their capabilities and skills.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of properties across the Greater Manchester Area.
- Responsible for ensuring the maintenance of the properties.
- Communicating & reporting with property owners/landlords regarding any enquiries or issues.
- Identifying risks related to property management i.e. liability & security issues.
- Understanding health and safety regulations are up to date.
- Managing your own diary.
- Meeting with key stakeholders & contractors to ensure projects are on time and are delivered on time.
