This is a permanent position requiring security clearance. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing complex projects within the infrastructure, government, energy or defence sectors.Key Responsibilities:Provide overall leadership and management for a large-scale infrastructure program spanningDevelop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and resourcesCoordinate and oversee the work of cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, contractorsProactively identify and mitigate risks through contingency planningEnsure program milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budgetManage scope changes and change requests through formal processesConduct regular progress reporting to client leadership and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes and security requirementsRequired Skills & Experience:5+ years experience managing major infrastructure projects, programs or portfoliosBackground in infrastructure, government, energy or defence sectors idealProven ability to lead complex, multi-year programs from initiation through closureExpert at project management methodologies, processes and best practicesStrong leadership, communication, negotiation and problem-solving skillsAbility to balance technical details with high-level program oversightStrong financial acumen including forecasting, budgeting and cost controlSecurity clearance required for this rolePlease get in touch for a confidential chat if you want more information on the client and project with Andreea Hudson
