Jackson Hogg is looking to recruit a Part Time Project Manager on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract for a fantastic company based in Newcastle.
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join the team to support the Project Management of events and system projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Project management on a variety of event programmes, taking responsibility for the safe delivery of projects to meet programme and budget requirements, whilst maintaining high quality standards.
- Adhere to project management methods and strategies to manage and reduce risks, improve efficiencies, cut costs, and improve success rates.
- Maintain, update and share, detailed project documentation with the assistance of our Project Coordinator
- Ensure the business adopts strong project governance and best practice across all functions.
- Collaborate and work closely with internal stakeholders across the business to understand their requirements
- Championing the project management process and the use of Zoho across the organisation.
- Reporting on performance to Project Board and Executive team as required.
My client is seekingan individual with demonstrable experience of managing complex projects across different location portfolios alongside managing minor works, with high emphasis placed on project delivery, cost management, and timely project completion and handover. The role calls for an individual with excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, given the diverse array of stakeholders involved in delivering high profile projects
