An experienced Project Manager is required in Swansea to deliver minor works on a large public sector estate.

Your new roleAs a Project Manager, your role will be pivotal in delivering, identifying and developing a pipeline of project opportunities from our existing customer portfolio within the Business Unit. Your strategic mindset, business acumen, and ability to foster strong client relationships will be essential in driving successful project outcomes. The organisation has up to 2 million pounds worth of works that need to be delivered and the experience of being able to manage multiple minor works projects is required.
What you'll need to be successfulTo excel in this role, you should have a recognised technical qualification in Construction, Mechanical, or Electrical, a project management qualification (APM or Prince2), familiarity with CDM regulations, a Nebosh or Iosh certificate. Experience managing and delivering multiple projects to a detailed timeline, the proven ability to manage the clients' expectations and build an effective working relationship with the onsite stakeholders. You must have proven project management experience in either an M&E, FM, construction, or critical environment. Demonstrate your management capabilities and experience creating, presenting and managing bids, tenders and proposals.
