The Opportunity
The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Active involvement in the procurement, design and delivery of new build and refurbishment projects including mixed use, industrial, residential and commercial schemes
- Advising clients on programme, cost and procurement implications of projects for both public and private sector clients
- Attending client facing meetings in which professional advice is provided
- Procuring and managing multi-disciplinary consultant teams
- Involvement in the project delivery process from inception to completion
- Good working understanding of building technology, compliance/Building Regulations and defect diagnosis
- As a small, but growing business, this role will provide the right individual with responsibility and the opportunity to be a fundamental part of our growth and success
The Ideal Project Manager
- MRICS is desirable
- 3/4 years previous experience
- Experience running projects with a value of £5m+
- Defence / Public sector experience is desirable
- Proactive and flexible in working style
- Self-motivated and driven
- Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
The successful Project Manager will receive a detailed and extensive induction as well as:
- £40000 - £65000 basic salary based on experience
