Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion. Based in North Norfolk, you will play a vital role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers a stimulating and varied experience, working on a wide range of projects, including extensions, renovations, and brand-new builds.
Responsibilities:
Previous proven experience in a similar role as a Project Manager is essential.Strong knowledge of construction project management principles, methodologies, and best practices.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex construction projects, from conception to completion.Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and project teams.Sound understanding of construction regulations, health and safety standards, and building codes.Proficiency in project management software and tools.A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.What you'll get in return
