This is an opportunity for a Project Manager to work for a very stable and trusted house builder in the market who have been operating for decades delivering high quality projects across the residential sector. This is a developer who have traditional values and very high standards which has kept them at the top of the tree.
You will be no.1 on Site on a new residential scheme in West London. You will be responsible for an interesting and complex 80 million project, taking it from from start to handover.
The ideal Project Manager for this company will be a true leader with excellent health and safety, management skills, understanding of the whole build process from start to finish, and someone looking to further their career.
