Your new role
Your new role is a Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects at a time. These will range from small scale projects, to projects up to £1m in value. A few of your duties will include, but will not be limited to, agreeing timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver a project, drawing up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of a project, negotiating with contractors and suppliers, managing the site team, ensuring that each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standard, reporting regularly on progress to the client and stakeholders, resolving any issues or delays. You will be working on site and from the office on occasions.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role, you'll need to have previous experience working on Cat A & Cat B Fit-Out projects. You'll also need to have previous experience as a Project Manager in Construction. In addition, you'll need to have managed multiple projects previously, preferably small to medium scale projects, valued £500k-£2m. Must have a valid SMSTS, and First Aid.
