A Project Manager is required to lead and support multiple industrial / manufacturing projects in Sheffield. The role requires a focus on coordination, planning, and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.

Description
The Project Manager is responsible for:
- Overseeing project work-flow and scheduling using MS Projects.
- Leading teams of engineers to deliver multiple R&D projects.
- Ensuring projects are completed within budget and time constraints.
- Collaborating with multiple internal and external stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
- Presenting reports on project progress, problems and solutions to stakeholders.
- Managing risks and issues and implementing mitigation measures.
- Ensuring standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests.
Profile
The successful Project Manager should have:
- Worked in a similar Project Management position within engineering or R&D - ESSENTIAL
- Strong IT skills and be proficient in project management software tools (MS Projects) - ESSENTIAL
- Excellent problem-solving skills - ESSENTIAL
- Strong communication and negotiation skills - ESSENTIAL
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - ESSENTIAL
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities - ESSENTIAL
- A degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field - DESIRABLE
- Working knowledge of NEC4 - DESIRABLE
