As Project Manager, you will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for programme management, resource allocation, and fostering strong relationships with clients and consultants.

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee multiple super-prime residential projects for a client renowned for building and renovating exceptional homes across London.
About the Role
As Project Manager, you will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for programme management, resource allocation, and fostering strong relationships with clients and consultants.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Management: Ensure a safe, clean, and organized site while managing quality and cost control.
- Programme Management: Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring key milestones are met and addressing any delays.
- Communication & Documentation: Facilitate collaboration, manage CVIs/RFIs via Procore, and document all key actions.
- Quality & Safety: Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and quality standards, conducting regular site checks and safety briefings.
- Commercial & Financial Oversight: Manage variations, procurement, and labour allocation to keep projects within budget.
- Document Control & O&M: Work closely with the Document Control Manager to ensure accurate and compliant documentation.
- 5+ years of experience in construction and project management.
- Strong skills in client relations, communication, and programme management.
- Expertise in contract pricing, document management, Health & Safety, and site management.
- Competitive salary up to £85,000 per annum
- 23 days holiday (including 3 days during Christmas shutdown)
