Description
- Social housing refurbishment projects across the north west; kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, etc.
- Managing a team of site managers who oversee the operational delivery team.
- Overseeing multiple projects at a time.
- Financial planning and budgeting.
- CDM 2015 and Health & Safety.
- Sub-contractor management.
- Client relationships and reporting to the directorate team.
- Improving performance and delivery of projects.
- Key leadership role within the North West Housing division.
Profile
- Proven housing refurbishment background for a main contractor
- Prior trade background
- SMSTS / SSSTS / CSCS
- NVQ 6 or 7 desirable
- Experience managing social housing schemes
- Considerate Constructor scheme experience
- Proven ability to prepare and monitor works programmes i.e, Microsoft
- Ability to review, challenge and support contractors RAMS
- UK Driving licence
