The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing specific business areas throughout the design, build, and test phases of the ERP system implementation. What you'll do:

As a Supply Chain Programme Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client's ERP replacement programme. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that the ERP system's functionality aligns with business requirements while adhering to standardised processes. You will lead your team through the design, build, and test phases of this critical project. Your strategic mindset will guide your decision-making process as you navigate through complex challenges. Your excellent communication skills will foster collaboration among cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with business stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements.
  • Lead the design phase, aligning system configuration with business needs.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality.
  • Ensure adoption of ERP best practices and standards in the assigned workstream.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the Programme team.
  • Identify potential risks and issues within the workstream and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a smooth transition for stakeholders.

What you bring:

  • A strong understanding of existing business processes, their purpose, and how they integrate with other business functions.
  • 5-10 years of Retail or FMCG Supply Chain experience as a Transformation Leader.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess current processes, identify gaps, and design solutions within the ERP framework.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical experts.
  • Experience in guiding teams through process changes and fostering a positive attitude towards the new system.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills to address challenges and roadblocks during the design phase.
  • Programme management experience to ensure the workstream stays on schedule and within scope.
