Duties
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team on a 6 month FTC. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects within our organization. Your role will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project deliverables are met, and driving successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration

- Monitor project progress and track key milestones

- Identify and manage risks and issues that may impact project timelines or objectives

- Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders

- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members

- Manage project budgets and resources effectively

- Provide guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle

Skills
-Experience and proven track record in the management and delivery of business support programmes for economic growth

-Experience of managing a project/programme budget.

-Previous experience of financial and output management.

-Experience of working with and managing a range of sectors and stakeholders.

-Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills.

-Ability to work as part of a team.
