As a pivotal figure in Facilities management, you'll be instrumental in ensuring service delivery within PFI contracts across Cambridgeshire.
Role Details:
- PFI Facilities Account Manager
- Location: Cambridgeshire
- Salary: £80,000 - £85,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus

As a senior lead in PFI Facilities management/ facilities management contracts, your responsibilities will include:
Duties Include:
- Managing PFI facilities operations to ensure compliance and service excellence.
- Leading teams in maintenance, repair, and enhancement efforts.
- Monitoring budgets, fostering client relationships, and overseeing procurement.
Qualifications/Requirements:
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Demonstrated track record in PFI healthcare environments showcasing leadership and expertise in understanding PFI Facilities management contracts.
- Health and Safety Expertise: Knowledge and experience of Health and Safety Regulations, equivalent to an IOSH Managing Safely course or higher
- PFI Project Operation: Strong understanding of PFI project operations in the healthcare sector.
- Facilities Management Key Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to engage effectively with key stakeholders.
