This permanent Operations and Administrative Manager is working for a fast based organisation based in Camberley.

Description

This permanent Operations and Administrative Manager will involve the following responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding administrative support and serve as the subject matter expert for industry regulations across all areas of the business.

  • Lead, develop, and coach the admin team, including customer complaints team, to ensure effective and efficient operational back-office support, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.

  • Take charge of all office duties, including stationery and equipment ordering, and the maintenance of office systems.

  • Assist in the implementation of business policies and support the production of policies, company documents, reports, and training materials.

  • Identify and implement improvement solutions to back-office systems and processes and lead continuous improvement opportunities, ensuring processes are aligned to support field operations and maintain compliance.

  • Ensure the business follows regulations and legislation and stores operate in line with company policies and procedures.

  • Define long-term strategic goals, build key relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and deals. Source, negotiate, and maintain supplier and contractor deals. Lead/manage procurement projects, including tender processes and negotiations with suppliers.

  • Review maintenance and equipment suppliers, services, and utility providers for cost-efficiency improvements.

  • Manage the company fleet and all fleet-related matters, including fuel and vehicle tracking, car allowance management, repairs, maintenance, and condition checks.

  • Maintain the Profit Protection function to reduce store losses and safeguard company assets.

  • Manage equipment/property/insurance reporting and documentation.

  • Coordinate all aspects of the new store openings and re-locations.

  • Lead systems development and innovation to increase business profitability and efficiency's.

  • Manage, verify, and track invoices in line with budgets and quotes.

Profile

The successful candidate for this permanent Operations and Administrative Manager position will need to have the following skills:

  • Good admin experience
  • Previous management experience
  • Desirable - knowledge of QSR operations
  • Experience in managing Health & Safety
  • Food hygiene qualification desirable
  • Knowledge of disciplinary procedures

Job Offer

This is a permanent opportunity which is Office based and car parking available.

A company car is offered as part of the benefits. Hours are 9:00 - 5:30pm.
