Office Manager Ipswich £35,000-£37,000paFull-time Office Working 8:15-5pmPure are working exclusively with an established construction organisation in East Anglia, this Office Manager position in based in Ipswich on the outskirts of the town. This is an important role for the business and would suit someone who has managed a team of administrators, who is good with people but sets high standards. Good communication is key as there is interaction both in the office and with sites and external organisations.Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for three members of the contract support teams, these are staff who are responsible for maintaining the electronic files for building projects, maintaining drawing registers, correspondence etc.
• Maintaining, tracking and arranging training for staff, liaising within the academy select the correct training and learning for staff
• Arranging occupational health assessments for staff
• Leading our Social Value strategy and implementing agreed activities, liaising and supporting site teams to achieve their ESG objectives
• Maintaining the business database for insurance, data protection, accreditations
• Being part of a team to achieve accreditation in safety, quality etc
• Day to day up keep of office and arranging repairs, electrical testing etc, ensuring fire drills are undertaken and alarms tested.
• Overview of the General Managers diary and e mails
• Handling for the General Manager confidential information and correspondence including management meeting minutes and monthly management reports
• Managing the fleet tracking to maintain good driving standards
• Executive administrator for the HR data base
• Liaising with out IT department for hardware and software
• Supporting apprentices to ensure they are getting the experience needed
• Supporting teams to ensure compliance with our Management Systems
