National Sales and Commercial Access Manager (all gender)
(Fulltime / permanent / fully remote / field-based)
The Opportunity
This role is a key development area for CSL Behring UK Ltd, which will significantly develop, shape and implement new ways of delivering commercial success for our promoted brands.
The Role:
You will have accountability for the leadership and management of a field-based sales team to deliver the commercial sales goals of our promoted brands across the CSL Behring UK Ltd portfolio. This will include recruitment, retention, development, and performance management of the sales team in line with UK Strategy.
Through an active role in the UK Business Team (Alongside Medical and Marketing Colleagues), you will help shape and deliver the UK brand operational plans
Through specific customer facing activities, you will seek to understand and develop key relationships with individuals and relevant NHS bodies that influence and create the commercial environment in which we promote our brands
Through these customer facing activities, you will help understand our customer objectives and priorities and provide insight to help develop new strategies, campaigns and tools that create competitive advantage for CSL Behring UK Ltd.
Your Skills and Experience:
Degree-Level or equivalent, ABPI Qualified
Demonstrable sales success in a Specialized Commissioning environment - Essential.
Significant experience in a sales management role OR a role with significant customer-facing accountabilities with Regional Specialized Commissioning customers - Essential
Experience and success in a similar role - Desired
Experience in delivering "Win:Win" projects for Hospital Trusts - Desired
Experience in productive, cross-functional working - Essential
Coaching experience - Desired
Significant track record in delivery vs. sales targets : Essential
